Sara has been drawing and painting since she could hold a crayon. She graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Surface Pattern Design & Fashion Design. Her artwork is festive & whimsical, with bold, bright colors. She uses markers on top of painting, and sometimes mixes in paper collage.

One of Sara’s goals in painting is to evoke happiness from the viewer. Since becoming a mom, she has felt a creative surge that has resulted in her art being even more playful and filled with joy.
